AMERICAN HAZELNUT - Grows at medium to fast rate and reaches a height of 15’ to 18’ tall with a spread of 10’ to 12’ wide. Full sun or partial shade is ideal. It grows best in soils that are acidic, alkaline, clay, drought tolerant, loamy, moist, rich, sandy, or well drained.
