Ready to schedule a program?

Here’s what you need to know:

We prioritize programs for youth and adults within Kosciusko County. Program dates fill up quickly, sometimes up to a year in advance. Please reach out early with your request. Outdoor program requests are accepted during a specific period of time, but classroom and adult program requests are welcome year-round, details can be found below.

Requests for outdoor/field programs will open on March 20, 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year. Find the form below by clicking “Request Form” and submit your requests by April 12, 2024.

How to request an outdoor/field program:

Step 1: Discuss with your school staff which field programs you would like to request for the 2024-2025 school year. Check the calendar to see which dates programs will be available on for this school year.

Step 2: On March 20 - April 12 your school may submit requests for 1 field program per grade level. STEM-certified schools may submit requests for 2 field programs per grade level. Use the form at the bottom of this page to submit all requests. You will need to submit a form for each grade level at your school that is requesting a program(s).

Step 3: By May 10 you will receive an update on the status of your program requests. You will receive an email from Amanda.Heltzel@in.nacdnet.net notifying you of approved requests.

Step 4: After June 1, we will post any dates that are still available, and schools may request additional field programs.
