05 Jul Pollinator Workshop June 28, 2016
At our Pollinator Habitat workshop held June 28th at Koinonia Environmental Center, there was a full house. With over 30 local folks in attendance all to learn how to provide habitat for pollinators. Pollinators, are responsible for 1/3 of the food we eat. We need pollinators for our gardens, to make honey to eat, and to pollinate many crops like tomatoes, melons, and soybeans to name a few. If you would like more information on how to help provide habitat for pollinators, contact our office. We can even put you on our email list to be contacted for upcoming events! We are planning another workshop again this Fall.
